Control Associates, Inc., a leader in modern industrial automation solutions and the Emerson Impact Partner serving the greater New York metropolitan region, is proud to announce the company’s acquisition of MV Controls, Inc. of Randolph, New Jersey, an HVAC solutions provider serving the same region. The acquisition took effect on April 20, 2023.

We’ve always respected the professionals at MV Controls as they are considered trusted advisors to their clients,” says Scott Shields, President of Control Associates.
The acquisition expands and extends Control Associates’ HVAC leadership position by allowing the company to offer supplemental steam and hydronic solutions and components, in addition to the wide variety of premier steam solutions and technical acumen associated with Control Associates. The additional products include, but are not limited to, Hyspan, NuTech, PURE, Shannon, and Spence.
